Eyes Enchanting
Your eyes enchanting,
So deep and brown, an abyss
In I’d gladly drown
Raven Hair
Nit, my maiden fair,
More beautiful than Venus,
With the Raven hair…

Simba and Chipmunk's EFCs
This is the story about Simba and Chipmunk. They've known each other nine months ago, but since then they become best buddy
They have a lot in common, so they decided to form some clubs. It only has 2 members. If you want to join, feel free to ask them *wink wink*
Here are Simba and Chipmunk's Executive Fun Clubs:
.JOMBLO CLUB.
Simba and Chipmunk are single, they are still trying to find Mrs. and Mr. Right. What they want is simple actually. Someone who is honest and sincere, and must love them, and accept them for who they are (^.^)
.MOVIE CLUB.
They like to watch movies. Well, who doesn't? But they plan to watch Asia horror movies together, because they are scarrier than Hollywood movies (admit it, zombie and monsters are not scary at all. Hahaha...)
.LIBRAREAM CLUB.
Reading is one of their hobbies. And they like to smell pages of new book. Chipmunk has a dream that one day she wants to have a room full with books at her house, like a personal library. So does Simba (he just following her, I guess. Heehee...). That's why they call it Libraream (library dream)
So far, that's all I can remember. I will add it as soon as it cross my head
Update 9 July 2007: Their clubs are officially closed

Smile :-)
You are not an outcast. You are not an outsider. You are not nothing of value. You are not an arctic wasteland. You are not unwelcome. You did not abandon her. And you are not alone.
So stop feeling that way. Because you are smart. You are funny. You are honest. You are sweet. You are a kind-hearted person. You are gentle. You are a loving person. You care about people. You are nice. You are sincere. You are a great person. You have friends who always count on you. And you will have family who loves you.
So please do not be sad. Because YOU ARE SOMETHING

Smile, though your heart is aching
Smile, even though it's breaking
When there are clouds in the sky, you'll get by if you
Smile, through your fear and sorrow
Smile, and maybe tomorrow
You'll see the sun come shining through for you
Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear may be ever so near
That's the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's the use of crying?
You'll find that life is still worth-while if you just smile
Keep on smiling and
Never, never, never stop smile --- r.s.

Happy Mother's Day
A Mother's love is something that no one can explain(written by Helen Steiner Rice)
It is made of deep devotion and of sacrifice and pain,
It is endless and unselfish and enduring come what may,
For nothing can destroy it or take that love away. . .
It is patient and forgiving when all others are forsaking,
And it never fails or falters even though the heart is breaking
It believes beyond believing when the world around condemns,
And it glows with all the beauty of the rarest, brightest gems. . .
It is far beyond defining, it defies all explanation,
And it still remains a secret like the mysteries of creation
A many splendor miracle man cannot understand
And another wondrous evidence of God's tender guiding hand. . .

Black and Colored
Today is the 1st day of Ramadan :-)
(This was nominated for the Best Poem 2005, written by an African kid, Aly El Sahly)
"HAPPY RAMADAN to all of Muslims around the world"
My friend sent me e-mail about a month ago. I don't like poetry but when I read it, I found that it was a good one. Very true, very straight forward, and also funny. And it made me think...
Sometimes we feel that we are better than the others. Sometimes we feel that we are richer than our neighbors, that we are prettier, smarter, etc. But we never realize that there must be someone who is more better, richer, prettier and smarter than us.
There is no need for being a snob. We are not the best, because there is always someone who has more than we have :-)
Here is what the poem said...

When I born, I Black
When I grow up, I Black
When I cold, I Black
When I go in sun, I Black
When I scared, I Black
When I sick, I Black
And when I die, I still Black...
And you, white fella
When you born, you Pink
When you grow up, you White
When you go in sun, you Red
When you cold, you Blue
When you scared, you Yellow
When you sick, you Green
And when you die, you Gray...
And you calling me Colored ??
When I grow up, I Black
When I cold, I Black
When I go in sun, I Black

SHOP When You DROP
I once read in the magazine, there were some tips about "How To Beat Boredom". And as far as I can remember (because it was a long time ago hahaha), here are the tips:
I was so stressed and depressed, I have tons of problems in my head - some of them have not been solved yet - so I really really need to do one of those tips, and I choose number 7 :-)
So I went to the mall, forget about my problems for a while, enjoyed myself and I bought:
But I have my own tips to beat boredom, and it always works for me. All I have to do is lie down, relax, turn on my iPod and listen to these songs:
(trust me, slow musics will make you feel more bete and bete)
- Write journal (almost everyday)
- Write email to friends you haven't been in contact with for ages (maybe I will)
- Invite your friends around or go with them and talk about guys (that's fun, I'm sure)
- Clean your bedroom and reorganize your wardrobe (hmmm maybe later. I'm too lazy for that :-p)
- Makes some tapes of your favorite music (yup, always do that)
- Treat yourself to a beauty treatment (yessss, why not?)
- Go shopping (I agree 100%!!)

- 4 Cds of Ape On The Roof, Electronic Groove, Homogenic, and Overload Romance
But I have my own tips to beat boredom, and it always works for me. All I have to do is lie down, relax, turn on my iPod and listen to these songs:

- Pizza Cutter - Letters To Cleo
- Electric - Melody Club
- Talk To Me Dance With Me - Hot Hot Heat

Best BEAUTY Secrets
Buy a Brown Eyebrow Pencil and use it to shape your brows, line your eyes, and define your lips
Lightly, dust your lips with pressed powder before applying lipstick. It helps make the lipstick last longer
To make your eyelash curler works better, heat it with blow-dryer for a couple of seconds ~ but no more than five ~ before using it
Use paintbrushes from an art supply store instead of makeup brushes. They're usually of good quality and cheaper. But the brushes must be very soft
For extra shiny hair, mix two eggs with some mayonnaise, then apply the mixture to wet hair and cover it with plastic wrap. Wait for ten minutes, then rinse and wash as usual
To help cover a zit, dab the spot with a matte white eyeshadow, then dust it with a finishing powder. It will take away some of the rednes
Now You Are Ready To Go ;)

This One or That One?
I was just thinking... why are we never satisfied with what we have? Me for example. If I can choose, maybe I will choose a perfect one, the best one. But nothing is perfect, no one is perfect. Every person is different, and that what makes them special.
I sometimes heard my friends talked about it when they had to choose which one is best for them.
I try not to compare one person with the other. Because I don't want being compared with other person either. That is not right, that is not fair. But the bad thing is, I will be very 'bete' when I find out he does/say something that makes me 'bete'. And when I start to like a guy, I tend to be 'parno' (hahaha...). And my head is full of 'what if'. I'm just afraid I will 'ilfeel' for him :-(
At least it always good to know that there is someone who cares about you so much :-)
I sometimes heard my friends talked about it when they had to choose which one is best for them.
"This guy is so nice, he can understand me, always think about me, cares about me and my family, always asks how are they doing, always be by my side every time I need someone to talk to, I can count on him, etc. But......"
"While that guy, he is also nice, always fun to be with, he has great character, he always brighten my day, he always makes me laugh, no one ever see me like he does, he makes me feel safe, etc. But......"There's always a 'but'. Why can't they see This One and That One as a different person, who has different personalities, who has different good and bad side? Why can't they accept someone they care about for who they are?

Cause every day and every night,Wew, what's wrong with me tonight??
I just wanna hold him tight
And make sure that everything's stays right
And every day and every night,
to dream of him is my delight
And know that he'll stay with me all the way -- Mocca

Somewhere My Baby Waits For Me
My life is lonely now but I have no doubt
Someday I'll meet that someone I dreamed about
He may live around the block or far across the sea
Somewhere my baby waits for me
The moment that I see him my heart will know
Then I won't wait to tell him I love him so
He'll be mine to have and hold for whole eternity
Somewhere my baby waits for me
When I see lovers passing I don't feel blue
I know the things they're feeling I'll be feeling too
I don't know where I'll meet him, I don't know when
I only know that someday my search will end
One fine day I'll turn around and there he will be
Somewhere my baby waits for me
~~* Kyaaa... that is so me... :) *~~

I MISS YOU vs I HATE YOU
- I miss you because we used to talk for hours
- I miss you because you always mad at me every time we talk, but you forgive me every time I say "I'm sorry"
- I miss you because you sent me lots of flowers even though you know that I don't like flowers
- I miss you because you always there for me every time I need you
- I miss you because you always encourage me when I'm sad
- I miss you because you prayed for mom everyday when she was sick
- I miss you because you sent me cards 3 days before my birthday... but you missed my birthday cause you had to work :p
- I miss you because you always mad every time I tease you
- I miss you because you always listen to my complaint
- I miss you because you always trust me
- I miss you because you always tell me a story when I'm in a bad mood
- I hate you because you always try to change me
- I hate you because every time we argue about something, you always ended the conversation by saying "As you like"
- I hate you because you don't care about yourself
- I hate you because you're so sensitive
- I hate you because you always feel that you're unlucky. Just listen to the song "Lucky Man" and you will feel better :)
- I hate you because you work too hard, forget to eat, and get sick
- I hate you because you're a workaholic
I miss you more than I hate you... Happy Birthday, Semsem...
