Lie is something meant to deceive or give a wrong impression.
Lie is to present false information with the intention of deceiving.
Sometimes people lie to get what they want, or for their own sake. Or when they know they couldn't get something or someone they like, they will tell lies to other people so that other people can't have it too.
What a shame. They don't think the consequences what if people find out that they already tell a lie. What do they think about that? How can people trust them anymore? Maybe people will see "I am a liar" written on their forehead. That would be funny, actually

Some people care it's a lie or not
Some people care other will trust them or not

BUT also there are some people who didn't care at all for all of those

And I did learn a lot from other people's behavior. From a small community like my family, my friends, then people around me.
And I can see which one is right, and which one is wrong. Thx to them :)
Personally, to me life is like an open book so if I have to live in a lie than it is not worth living. I can only approve "white lies" if I have to.

For me white lies is acceptable because it never hurt others.
We all tell lies, including me (I admit it hahaha). But it depends on what kind of a lie we say:
* Lying to protect someone else
* Lying to defend yourself but not hurt others
* Lying to save your face and harm others
* Lying deliberately to hurt others
So if someone tell lies no one know about it, except that person. But one day the truth will tell all =)

Is it consider a lie if you are not telling? Like what you don't know, you don't know but you are not telling something different from what happened. Just not telling.
